Dr. Prithviraj Nistane is a renowned orthopaedic surgeon in central India and brings with him a vast experience in the field of bone and joint health. He completed his masters in orthopaedics from prestigious Govt. Medical College and DNB from NBE. He took further advanced training in joint replacement at well-known hospitals in Mumbai and Hamberg, Germany where he was associated with eminent doctors and international faculties.
He has worked at various well-known hospitals in Mumbai like Lilavati hospital and Breach candy hospital. He has been able to carve a special place for himself with introduction of minimally invasive surgical technique called “Subvastus”, which allows painless and rapid recovery for his patients. He has special interest in joint preservation procedures.

He is eminent member of international Orthopaedic bodies, ISAKOS (USA) & SICOT (Belgium).
Dr. Nistane is currently working as Sr. Orthopaedic, Joint & Spine Surgeon at Vedanta Super Speciality Hospital, Nagpur and is called all over Vidarbha for specialized surgeries. He has performed most complex orthopaedics procedures like revision joint replacements, spine surgeries and complicated fracture fixations successfully in Nagpur. He intends to continue giving highest level of care to the patients with his knowledge and expertise.
